CHERRY JAM BRIOCHE

Ingredients
230g puff pastry
120g cherry jam*
Black sesame seeds (optional)
Soy milk (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F );
Unwrap the puff pastry;
Cut it in 4 squares;
Place a few table spoon of jam in the middle;
Cut around 10 stripes on both sides,
Cross them;
Brush the pastry with soy milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top;
Bake in the oven for around 20 mins.
Notes
* Any jam is fine as long as it’s high quality otherwise it’s going to become liquid while baking the brioches
