VEG TUNA BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients
240g chickpeas
3 Tbsp vegan mayo
3 tsp classic fresh, vegan cream cheese (Happy Cashew)
1 small lemon
Dehydrated seaweed
Herbs the provence (Epices Exotiques)
Salt & black pepper
2 slices bread
Method
Place in a large bowl one can of chickpeas;
Smash them with a fork to get kinda the same texture of tuna;
Add vegan mayo, classic fresh from Happy Cashew, the juice of a small lemon, dehydrated seaweed, herbs the provence from Epices Exotiques and a pinch of salt & pepper.
Stir gently until you get a creamy mixture;
Roast two slices of bread and serve the vegan tuna on top.
