FRESH CAMEMBERT

Ingredients
10g walnuts
5ml olive oil
10g golden raisin
5g pumpkin seeds
1 medium fig
10g brown sugar
150g Happy White, vegan camembert (Happy Cashew)
Method
Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan;
Roast walnuts, golden raisin and pumpkin seeds for 2-3 mins;
Add a fig chopped into small pieces and brown sugar*;
Allow the ingredients to caramelize for 2-3 mins;
Place them on top the vegan camembert from Happy Cashew;
Notes
* Instead of sugar you can use date honey or maple syrup.
